CRiSP is a highly versatile cross-platform programmer’s text editor designed to easily view and modify massive files. Developed by Foxtrot Systems Ltd., it originally gained fame as a 100% keyboard-compatible clone of BRIEF, a highly popular MS-DOS text editor from the late 1980s and 1990s.

CRiSP ships with two distinct versions out of the box to fit different developer environments:

GUI Version: A fully-featured graphical window containing toolbars, menus, and advanced layouts.
